In 2023, the Copper Medical R&D Center was approved by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province and officially designated as the 'Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Urinary Interventional Medical Devices.' Currently, R&D personnel account for over 20% of the total workforce, with the team spanning multiple disciplines including materials, hardware, mechanical engineering, software, and clinical medicine, consistently carrying out independent innovation in urological stents, supporting consumables, and related auxiliary equipment.

Copper currently occupies a total site area of over 19,000 square meters, including 3,000 square meters of Class 10,000 cleanroom space. The company has obtained ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management System certification and ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, and multiple products have received CE marking. Production processes are strictly implemented in accordance with quality management regulations, with full-chain traceability from raw material inspection to final product release.
